Customer Responds
The Customer then selects the site where they have an account (most frequently Google), and then are offered a chance to write comments to accompany their choice of Stars.
Software submits Revew
The software then publishes the review automatically after determining that it meets the criteria that YOU select. For most, that might mean 4 & 5 Star Reviews get published, anything lower is filtered by the software and NOT published.
